Workout Motivation Needed

So this past week I have been slacking in the working out department. OK, I have actually been slacking for about 2 weeks now. I have been getting stressed out too much and letting things get to me but I don't know how to deal with it. I know that working out is one way but I just can't get my butt into the gym! I think I'm going to start writing about my workout plans and progress in this blog as well. I'll start by starting a shopping list and getting healthy foods to cook, no more delivery and ready made meals. I will start drinking some protein shakes as well since I don't have time to snack at work and I'll probably replace dinner with a shake as well. We'll see how that will go once I start but I'll have to get a grocery list ready now that we can afford groceries! I'll have to get everything going tomorrow and I'll start writing about it tomorrow or the next day :)
