As many of you know, I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. I have not been doing the Insanity workouts for a while now... I know, if I want results then I really need to work for them. I need to get some other issues taken care of that will lessen the stress in my life which will help immensely with my helping me lose weight.
For now, I have decided to do the 30 day squat challenge. I saw it on a friends profile on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I just did the first day workout about 5 minutes ago. It wasn't too bad, I'm used to lifting a lot of stuff and doing squats is normal for me since I did a lot of them in Insanity but I'm hoping that once I get into the second half of the challenge that it will REALLY burn and help me get a booty! haha I'll post updates every week with the challenge to track my progress. I think that once I get into a routine with the squats then it will be easier for me to get back into Insanity sooner rather than later.
