I've become a hermit. Yes, I'll just admit it, ever since my husband and I decided it would be best for me to become a Stay-At-Home Wife I've been living up to that title... literally staying at home, and I quit my job on April 4th... Honestly, I needed this time away from people to rewire myself and get out from the dark places I was in. It has taken a long time and I'm not quite out of my rut but I'm getting there.
I'm glad we were able to adjust to a one income household earlier this year because now we know we can pay bills and still afford to spend money on other household and personal things without needing a second income. Eventually, Tommy wants me to be a Stay-At-Home Mom for many reasons but mainly we both wanted our children to be raised by us, their parents, instead of relatives or caretakers.
And on that note, I wanted to let everyone know that we are expecting our first child in March! We are so excited! I am going to be posting weekly updates on the pregnancy with a questionnaire so I can keep track of what I'm going through. Tommy and I are going to be celebrating our 1 year Anniversary this weekend as well so I'm hoping the New Year will start off great and just get better from there!
